Traveling Vest Virginia
Mercer County War Museum
Honoring Those Who Served In Mercer County

The freedoms that we all enjoy today would not be held were it not for the heroic efforts of the common man and woman. Ordinary people who became extraordinary through their fight for our country.

It is to these individuals that the Mercer County War Museum is dedicated.

The War Museum contains artifacts from the Civil War to the present day wars. Pieces of history that will transport you back to a time when the young men and women of our country were called upon to defend our constitutional rights and the rights of others.

Come and experience a trip through historical events that allow us to lead the lives we live today.
