The Custard Stand carry out restaurant has been an institution in Webster Springs, West Virginia since 1991. In June of 2003, owners Dee and Angie Cowger began retail distribution of Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili after repeated customer requests, the original recipe was handed down from Angie's grandfather and has been in the community since the 1920's. The sales have grown tremendously in the last few years and now you can find Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili in grocery stores, convenience stores, warehouse clubs, restaurants, booster groups, and health facilities in more than 13 states! Known locally as "America's Tastiest" the hot dog chili has been a favorite in The Mountain State for over 20 years!
