![]() Mollohan Mill A historic spot in Webster County
Mills played an vital role in rural communities in the late 1800's and the early part of the 1900's. Everything survived on corn and corn meal that had to be processed at the local mill. One such mill is still located in Northern Webster County near the community of Hacker Valley. Mollohan Mill, built in 1895 by Beth Mollohan's great grandfather Bernard, still stands as a testament to superior engineering and the people of a community willing to preserve their history. The site has become a hot spot for photographers and anyone wanting to step back in time and experience a living piece of history.
