Everyone in Jackson County knew Guy Hershman. The retired Century Aluminum worker's property was lit up at Christmas for years. Hershman built all his displays from scratch and visiting his farm became a Jackson County holiday tradition. Guy passed away 5 years ago, and in honor of him, his family donated all his creations to Cedar Lakes Conference Center who was trying to start their own light display. After 4 short years, The Winterfest Light Show at Cedar Lakes has grown to 100 acres and over 300,000 lights. Visitors can drive or walk through the display, and best of all, it's free! Don't miss this growing holiday treat!
