Built in 1895 on land originally owned by the great grandfather of Stonewall Jackson, Riverside Bed & Breakfast is a recent addition to the B&B community in West Virginia. Linda K. Smith and her physician/husband originally operated his practice from their house. After joining another practice, Linda and her husband decided to convert the home into a B&B. Linda earned a degree from West Virginia University in home economics, and is fullfilling her life's passion of cooking, hosting guests, and working in her many gardens.

Decorated beautifully, Riverside offers a peaceful retreat from the hussle and bussle of everyday life. Located in the growing community of Buckhannon, the home provides a great base of operations for anyone interested in antiques, sightseeing, history, and artisian viewing.
