After several successful years of offering daytrip train excursions, Cass Scenic Railroad State Park is now offering day and overnight trips in your very own restored caboose. These cars can accomodate up to 12 people for day trips, and 5 people for overnight. This new offering gives guests a chance to experience wilderness camping in a historic, refurbished, caboose and folks can spend as many nights on the mountain as they wish. Spacious and comfortable, these cabooses offer guests a very different ride to and from the top of Bald Knob, the 3rd tallest mountain in West Virginia.
