 Appalachian Power Park A new downtown baseball stadium opens in Charleston.
A field of dreams becomes a 23 million dollar reality in Charleston with the opening of Appalachian Power Park. The stadium is the new home of the WV Power minor league baseball team of the Milwaukee Brewers.
