Vegetable Pizza
Ingredients
- Frozen or fresh dough crust (20 oz. dough ball makes a 16" pizza)
- All purpose flour (yeast, salt and sugar, 1 oz. yeast to #2 flour)
- Any favorite pizza sauce
- 2 cans sauce
- 2 cans puree
- 1 can whole tomatoes with juice
Season to taste with oregano, garlic, basil, Italian seasoning, salt and sugar.
- Whole fresh tomatoes, sliced
- Pitted black olives, sliced
- Fresh bell peppers, any color, diced
- Fresh onions, diced
- Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- Fresh mild banana peppers, sliced
- Any other fresh vegetables you may have, sliced thin
Directions
Bake at 450 degrees or 500 degrees till golden brown or desired browness.
