The Produce Corner Recipes
Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients
  • Frozen or fresh dough crust (20 oz. dough ball makes a 16" pizza)
  • All purpose flour (yeast, salt and sugar, 1 oz. yeast to #2 flour)
  • Any favorite pizza sauce
  • 2 cans sauce
  • 2 cans puree
  • 1 can whole tomatoes with juice
Season to taste with oregano, garlic, basil, Italian seasoning, salt and sugar.

  • Whole fresh tomatoes, sliced
  • Pitted black olives, sliced
  • Fresh bell peppers, any color, diced
  • Fresh onions, diced
  • Fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • Fresh mild banana peppers, sliced
  • Any other fresh vegetables you may have, sliced thin
Directions

Bake at 450 degrees or 500 degrees till golden brown or desired browness.
