The Produce Corner Recipes Spanish Sweet Onion Sauté Ingredients
Sauté crushed garlic and olive oil over medium heat. Add all the prepped peppers and onions and stir-fry or saute until the vegetables begin to get limp, but are still crunchy. Hint: Microwave the peppers and onions on high heat in a covered container with a little water for 2-3 minutes to soften. Then add to skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add dill (fresh or dried), toss and serve as a side dish or as a topping over hamburgers, ground steaks, regular steaks, rice or noodles. Serves 4-6 as a side dish. Enjoy!
