The Produce Corner Recipes Rhubarb Ice Cream Topping Directions Bring water to a boil and dissolve in sugar. Add sliced rhubarb and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally, breaking the rhubarb into a topping or sauce. Serve hot or chill and serve over ice cream. Also, this same topping is an excellent sauce topping for leftover ham, turkey or chicken. Enjoy!
