Red Stem Swiss Chard

Available all year long, both green and red stem swiss chard are rich in iron and potassium, very low in calories, high in dietary fiber, vitamin A and C and tastes similar to beet greens and spinach.

Select leaves that are fresh, firm-feeling and free of yellowing or decay. Swiss chard can be fixed just like spinach or kale by either boiling or steaming
