Pasta Salad with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked pasta
- 6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, cut in half
- 6 oz. can sliced ripe pitted olives
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms, fresh or canned
- 1 cup dried tomatoes, softened and diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets, barely cooked
- 3 sliced green onions
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Freshly ground pepper
Directions
Drizzle Italian dressing over all ingredients and toss gently. (Can be made ahead and chilled).
