The Produce Corner Recipes
Pasta Salad with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
  • 4 cups cooked pasta
  • 6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, cut in half
  • 6 oz. can sliced ripe pitted olives
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms, fresh or canned
  • 1 cup dried tomatoes, softened and diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, barely cooked
  • 3 sliced green onions
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Freshly ground pepper


Directions

Drizzle Italian dressing over all ingredients and toss gently. (Can be made ahead and chilled).
