The Produce Corner Recipes Mint Sauce Ingredients
Pour 3/4 cup of vinegar over 2 oz. very finely chopped mint in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar dissolved in 2 tablespoons boiling water. Then add a pinch of salt and pepper and leave set to marinade (1-2 hours). Also can be made in advance and refrigerated, then reheated. Serve over lamb, beef or breast of chicken. Enjoy!
