Fennel Parmesan (Top Stove)

Directions

Use bulb only and cut into slivers, rings or pieces.

Boil or microwave in lightly salted water till fork tender but still firm. Drain, season with butter or margarine, salt, pepper and a liberal sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. Excellent!
