The Produce Corner Recipes Cooked Bok Choy Greens Directions Top stove or in a microwave, bok choy greens can be lightly boiled or steamed. For top stove, simply bring 1/2" of lightly salted water to a boil and add chopped bok choy. Place on a simmer and cook for approximately 5 minutes. For the microwave, place in a microwave-safe container (zip-lock poly bags are great) and add 1/2" water to the container with a slight opening in the cover or zip-lock. Microwave on high 5-8 minutes. Whether top stove or microwave, drain, put in a serving bowl and season any way you want. Drizzle some butter, a squeeze of lemon and Parmesan cheese, toss and serve.
