If you've ever picked up a shotgun and fired, chances are you had visions of being able to do this, but before you get to this level, there's a lot of hard work to be done before you can be a trick shot artist like the Gould brothers.

"Aaron and I perform a live exhibition shooting show. We basically, in 45 minutes, shoot the guns in many different ways, behind our backs, over our heads, basically any way you can think of shooting a variety of targets." says Steve.

Trick shooting has been around since guns were invented, but recently a couple of men pioneered a whole new level.

"I got started as a young kid hunting and the shooting sports. Steve didn't get a love for it until we both moved back from college, we started to shoot together getting ready for the hunting season. We got inspired by Tom Knapp. We started out in the back yard with 1 target, then 2 targets and it morphed into us shooting a lot of targets with a lot of shells and having a lot of fun." says Aaron.

But all that cost a lot of money and their wives suggested they get sponsors and literally take their show on the road. They shoot all over the world and recently wowed the crowd at the National Hunting and Fishing Days. If this gets you fired up to try shooting, Steve has a final word of advice.

"If you're just getting into it, it's like any sport, you need to put in the time and the practice. one of the biggest things that can help new people get into the shooting sports is finding someone to mentor them, bring them out to the range and show them the fundamentals and getting them on birds. If you just go out and shoot, you could be holding the gun wrong, you'll miss, it can get pretty frustrating." says Steve.

But once you get it down, you have it down for life.
