There's something for everyone at this year's national hunting and fishing days. Saturday and sunday, stonewall resort and state park is the place to be, the placed to hang out with 20 thousand other folks who just love the outdoors.
No matter what you like, there will be something for you. Want to learn how to do a little fly fishing? Instructors will be there to show you the ropes.
Maybe shooting clay targets is more your bag. You're in luck. You'll also get a chance to pull the trigger on a twenty two or get the thrill of firing off a muzzle loader.
And of course, there will be plenty of wild game to sample. This year, there's a delicious twist.
How cool is that...Getting gourmet game secrets in one of the state's most beautiful settings.
You'll also get a chance to see one of the most amazing trick shot artists to ever pick up a bow. If you want to cool off, there will be tons of stuff inside, including the dnr's famous collection of trophy racks. This year they'll have something new....A wall full of trophy fish for you anglers to check out. More vendors than ever, more things to do, more reasons to spend the weekend with your family having a blast at this year's national hunting and fishing days.
