George Washington boys, girls lead tennis tournament
George Washington leads the Class AAA boys division and is tied for the lead in the girls division of the West Virginia high school tennis tournament after yesterday's (Friday) matches.   


KENTUCKY SPORTS


Kentucky scored three runs in the eighth inning after a 75-minute rain delay to beat Tennessee 5-3.

Sorenstam roars to the lead

Annika Sorenstam has a three shot lead after three rounds of the LPGA's Michelob Ultra Open in Williamsburg, Virginia. Sorenstam stands 14-under par after a third-round 2-under-69. Runnerup Jeong Jang (jee-ONG' jang) also shot a 69 and is one shot clear of Cristina Kim.
