School: Spring Valley Primary Sport: Football Ryan George and his class came in with a big goal in mind, to win a playoff game, and so far, mission 1 was accomplished. "it was a pretty good feeling and we were excited to do it and we get to play another week." George has had a breakout season in 2012, leading the team in rushing behind his big and young offensive line. "i don't think i'm leading anything the whole team works together and we made it this far and that's the reason we are in the playoffs." Ryan also gets a boost from fellow back Elijah Wellman, making them quite a 1-2 punch. "We both give it everything we got because its our last year. We just try to give it everything." George carries a 3.5 GPA, proving he's a star both on and off the field. "I always try to keep my grades up and do good in school. I never really do bad beyond a b." George's career came to a end of friday night at Cabell Midland, but it was a fun and exciting ride along the way "Its been a pretty big honor for me. I didn't always play football, now that i have i appreciate everything that has been given to me and everything the team has given to me." .
