The Road To Wheeling: Williamstown
2009 West Virginia High School Football

After seasons of frustration in the postseason, Williamstown finally enjoyed the sweet taste of state championship victory in 2008. The Yellowjackets defeated Weirton Madonna in the Class A title contest.

The Yellowjackets return to defend the crown in 2009 and will open postseason play at home Friday (November 13) against the Valley Greyhounds. Williamstown (8-2) is the fourth-seeded team while Valley (7-3) comes in as the number 13 seed.

We visit with Williamstown head coach Terry Smith on "The Road to Wheeling."
