The Road To Wheeling: Wayne
2009 West Virginia High School Football

Some things seem to never change. Wayne being a part of the Class AA playoff field is one of those things.

Wayne finished with a perfect 10-0 season and the Pioneers garnered the number one position in the final ratings, meaning they can play at home as long as they win until the championship weekend.

Wayne will open playoff competition against the Oak Glen Golden Bears (6-4).

The game will be played Saturday afternoon (November 14) at Pioneer Field in Wayne.
