The Road To Wheeling: Point Pleasant
2009 West Virginia High School Football

For the second straight season the Point Pleasant Big Blacks will be a part of the Class AA playoffs. The Mason County school finished at 7-3 and earned the 10th seed in the final ratings. The first mission in the second season is a trip to play 7th seed Keyser (7-3).

Point Pleasant enjoyed playing in a brand new facility this season. Keyser also opened a new facility this season. Friday (November 13) night's game at 7:30 will be the first-ever home playoff game for a Golden Tornado team in Keyser. In year's past, Keyser teams had to play home games at Frankfort or Hampshire.
