The last time they met, the game went to overtime.

An extra session wasn't needed in meeting number two.

And for Bob Huggins' Mountaineers that's unfortunate.

After beating the Sooners of Oklahoma on February 5 in OT at the Coliseum in Morgantown, WVU feel on the road Wednesday night to Lon Kruger's nationally-ranked squad, 72-62.

Juwan Staten led WVU and all scorers with 23 in a losing cause. Devin Williams scored 14 and grabbed 12 rebounds.

In other college action, the Marshall women's basketball team got a home win over UTSA.

On the high school scene, South Charleston, Huntington High and Huntington St. Joe were among the teams punching tickets to next week's State Tournament in girls basketball.
