The latest No. 2 teams in The Associated Press West Virginia high school basketball polls were all in action on Tuesday.
Class AAA No. 2 South Charleston defeated Capital.
The No. 2 of Class AA, Poca, suffered a buzzer-beating defeat at the hands of Nitro.
Meanwhile, the second-ranked team of Class A, Charleston Catholic, rolled past Class A No. 8 Buffalo.

Also last night, Man defeated Charleston Catholic in girls action.
Tonight, both West Virginia and Marshall are in action against teams from Texas. The Mountaineers play at Baylor while Marshall is at home against Rice.
