Cabell Midland Track standout Jacob Burcham has made a huge decision regarding his future. He is headed to Norman, Oklahoma where he will become a Sooner. Burcham's enjoyed a remarkable high school career for Cross Country and Track Coach Chris Parsons. This past fall he won his third state cross country title running under 15 minutes: 14:58, in fact. Josh Lewis has more with a young man who has his eye on the 2016 Olympics.
