Charleston Catholic saw an impressive streak come to an end this year.
However, ending that streak was a goal for the Irish.
For six straight years the Irish had alternated a state golf championship with a runner up finish. Last year they won the Class-A Title which means they were supposed to finish second this season.
If the trend continued. But it did not. Catholic won it all.
As Josh Lewis tells us, two straight championships could very well be just the tip of the iceberg.
