The NCAA has accused WVU's football program of five major and one secondary rules violations. The alleged violations occurred under former head coach Rich Rodriguez and current head coach Bill Stewart during the seasons of 2005-09.
The violations stem from student managers, graduate assistants and others who worked with football players on their skills and techniques in violation of NCAA limits.
Meanwhile, the West Virginia Power win two and its a three-peat at the 87th annual West Virginia Women's Amateur Golf Tournament.
