There's going to be a changing of the guard for WVU athletics in the coming months.
This June will mark the end of an era as Ed Pastiltong steps into a two-year role as Athletic Director Emeritus. Pastilong has been at the helm of Mountaineer athletics since 1989.
His retirement from his current job will take place on June 30. He will continue in an advisory role through 2012.
A national search for a successor will begin soon. If the search goes past June, Pastilong will stay on until the position is filled.
