Stew's Steak in a Bag Rub From Dwayne Sisco You saw it Monday, December or November 2002 during Good Morning West Virginia. Ingredients Directions Mix all ingredients in a large zipper bag. Add 2 to 3 pounds of venison steaks. Shake bag until meat is fully coated with the rub. Let steaks stand for 5 to 8 hours. Boil or grill steaks as desired. Serve and enjoy!
