Rice and Chicken Casserole You saw it Wednesday, December 20, 2002 Ingredients Directions Mix rice, contents, and hot water in bowl. Add chicken and salsa. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 11x13 casserole dish; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and add cheese on top. Return to oven and bake uncovered until cheese is melted. Fire Creek Chili Ingredients Directions Brown beef and onions; drain. Mix beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salsa, chili powder, salt and pepper. Simmer for approximately 1 hour. Serve hot with shredded cheese, green onions, sour cream and scoop with Fritos. Stuffed Peppers Ingredients Directions Mix thoroughly. Stuff peppers with mixture and top with Fire Creek Salsa. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Makes approximately six to eight peppers Hamburger and Cheese Dip Ingredients Directions Fry hamburger; drain well. Add Fire Creek Salsa and soup.
