Chile Verde From Archie Chestnut & The Roasted Pepper You saw it Monday, June 12, 2000 during Good Morning West Virginia.
Saute: Add 6-8 cups of chicken stock, 15 oz. cannellini beans. Season with cumin, oregano, white pepper and salt. Add cayenne pepper, dried chiles or hot sauce to increase heat level. Experiment with other spices. Enhancements: Shredded chicken or turkey, Green Enchilada Sauce, Cubed potatoes, Garbanzo beans, White Hominy, Green Pepper, Coriander, Fresh Jalapeno.
