Carmel Apple Bread Pudding From Dionne Guinn You saw it Wednesday, September 26, 2007 during Eyewitness News. Bread Pudding Ingredients Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Cut bread into 1 inch cubes and place in pan. Mix together eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Pour over bread and apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg and bake at 350° F for 30-40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Top with carmel sauce and serve immediately. Carmel Sauce Ingredients Cover the unopened can of milk with water and bring water to a boil. Boil for 3 hours. You may need to add water periodically to keep the can submerged. Remove can from water carefully sing tongs and allow to cool until you can handle it. Open can and add remaining ingredients for sauce.
