Instructions

Combine cheese, mayonnaise, and milk with mixer on low speed, mixing until blended.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill.

May be used as vegetable dip or use a little less milk and use as cracker and sandwich spread. For sandwiches, use pumpernickle bread.
