Police charge a man in connection to the death of a Charleston woman who has been missing for two years.
Kanawha County sheriff's deputies found 60-year-old Charles Eugene March where he works this morning and took him into custody. He's being charged with the murder of Kathy Goble and is expected to be arraigned in the next few minutes. Police say March's son was trying to determine why water was puddling in a certain part of the yard and made the grim discovery of Goble's decomposed body parts. Forensic experts from the Smithsonian have been called in to help identify the remains. Copyright ©2012 WCHS-TV Eyewitness News. All rights reserved.
