From the school bus surveillance video you can see it was a chaotic time, trying to get all of the students from Pt. Pleasant Intermediate School seated so they could go on a field trip. That's when 11-year-old Zach Plants is spotted being pushed into the aisle.

On the video the bus driver says to the teacher, "You've got one in the floor back there that they pushed out. Right there." The teacher responds by yelling Zach's name and asking him what is wrong.

The teacher then asks Zach to move to the front, but he refuses. The teacher and the driver both go to the back and ask him to move to the front. The principal is then called in to deal with the situation.

"Somebody went to get the principal, but the guy that's on the edge didn't do it, they pushed him in the floor," the bus driver says.

About two minutes later, the Cameron Moffett arrives on the bus. He yells to the back of the bus telling Zach to come to the front. Zach again refuses and the principal goes to the back of the bus.

The principal then asks the teacher to get the kids in the front section of the bus off. The kids rush off and Zach remains on the floor.

Zach eventually walks to the front and sits down but that's when he's told to get off the bus by the principal. When Zach refuses that is when Mr. Moffett grabs Zach and physically removes him, rolling him down the aisle and down the bus stairs. Moffett was charged with felony child abuse following the incident.
