Elizabeth Noreika: WCHS-TV Eyewitness News

Hello!!!

First of all I'd like to thank you for taking interest in learning more about me. To tell you a little bit about myself, I graduated from Ohio University with a BS in Communications and a BA in Political Science, with specializations in International Relations and Media Studies.

After I graduated in the summer of '06, I took a job at WOAY in Oak Hill, WV. There I learned everything from shooting my own footage..to doing the weather. I came on board as a weekend weather person and a reporter and quickly moved into the weekend anchor chair. After working with some wonderful people I left WOAY to come to our sister station, WCHS at the beginning of March '07 as a reporter.

Although journalism is my passion, I am passionate about numerous other things. I am very close with my family and miss them dearly. In fact I talk to them everyday. I also enjoy spending time with all my wonderful friends, from Cleveland, from college and from WOAY as well as my very special someone. And of course I can't forget the newest part of my family, my beautiful Siamese kitten Keylee.

I am also a national spokeswoman for the Veterans of Foreign War Boards and love writing works of fiction and I've even been published!!
