Lee nn miller is mixing up some bacon and swiss cheese and a few other ingredientsto make a delicious salad for your next meal.

5 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/2 cup cashews
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. poppy seeds
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
Dash of salt
In a large bow, combine the romaine lettuce, cheese, bacon and cashews.
In a jar with a tight -fitting lid, combine the dressing ingredients. Shake well.
Pour over salad and toss to eat. Toss and Serve immediately. Yield 6 servings.
*Note- this salad does not keep well, mix and eat!
