Ingredients
1 cup vegetable oil 1 3/4 cup flour 5 eggs 1/2 cup cocoa 1 t. vanilla 1 t. salt 2 cup white sugar Cream Cheese Mixture: 1 (2 oz.) white chocolate coating buttons 1 (8oz.) cream cheese 1 (8oz.) Cool Whip 1/3 cup powdered Directions Beat oil, eggs, vanilla and sugar until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes in a 11 x 15” pan. Cut into squares when cooled. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar; fold in melted white chocolate (partially cooled); fold in Cool Whip. Pipe or spoon onto brownies with cake decorator. Garnish with fresh sliced strawberries.
