This dessert is perfect for that end of the summer picnic. August 20, 2012
Ingredients
8 – 10 cups (approx.) of Peaches Fruit-Fresh Produce Protector 1/2 cup sugar 2 T. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup milk 1 cup flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt Directions Butter a deep dish (11.5” X 8”) Slice peaches and place on bottom of dish, sprinkle fruit with Fruit-Fresh. Mix above ingredients into a thick batter, spoon batter over peaches. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over batter then 1/2 cup cold water over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. *note* make sure your peaches are heaping in the baking dish, peaches will cook down during baking process. Tips *Note under the recipe that mentions: "Lee Ann mentions Baking Soda in the recipe, she made an oops! No Baking Soda!" Got Questions?
