This recipe will be a winner on your kitchen table. August 6, 2012
Ingredients
1 head cauliflower 2 bunches broccoli 1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled 1/4 c. chopped green onion 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted in butter Dressing: 1 cup salad dressing 3/4 cup vegetable oil 3 Tbs. water 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup vinegar 2 tsp. prepared mustard Directions Wash cauliflower and broccoli. Cut in bite size pieces. Drain and add bacon, cheese and almonds. Blend together dressing ingredients. Pour over vegetables and toss. Makes: 10 servings Got Questions?
