How about a punch recipe including ice cream and coffee? Today Lee Ann Miller from the Miller Haus B&B is sharing a family favorite called Mocha Punch.
Ingredients 1 1/2 quarts water 1/2 cup Nestle’s Quik 1/2 cup white sugar 1/4 cup instant coffee 1 gallon vanilla ice cream (some chocolate is optional) 16 oz. Cool Whip Chocolate curls Directions Boil together water, Nestle’s Quik, sugar, coffee till dissolved. Refrigerate. 30 minutes before serving, add ice cream. Stir.
