This easy recipe will have your family going back for seconds!

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 eggs, separated
1-1/2 cups milk
6 tablespoons butter, melted
cut-up fresh fruit
Mix first 4 ingredients together; then add egg yolks, milk and butter. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in to batter.
