A Hearty Meal Sure To Be A Family Favorite

2 lbs. hamburger
2 c. cracker crumbs (I use Saltines)
2 c. milk
1 sm. Onion, chopped or 1/3 c. sweet onion, finely chopped with 1/2 c. green onions
1/8 t. cayenne (or a dash)
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 can mushroom soup diluted with 1 can water and 1/4 c. milk
2 T. chopped parsley
Mix and hamburger ingredients together and form into 7oz. squares/rectangles. Coat with flour on each side and fry until golden brown. Put each patty into lightly greased 13x9 pan and pour soup mixture over the top of the meat. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. I turn the top patties after they have been in the oven for 30 minutes.
