The perfect recipe for those left over hard boiled eggs!

5 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
2 cups milk
1 pound fried bacon
Melt butter in a pan on low or medium heat and blend in the flour. Next add the milk and salt, stirring continuously. Then add the eggs, continuing to stir until thick. Serve the creamy mixture over toast with bacon crumbled on top. Garnish with parsley and tomato.
Serves: 3-4 people
