This is a spicy, crunchy snack mix that will tempt you to eat the whole batch! Perfect for those late night munchies, you’ll have trouble putting the lid back on the bowl! February 27, 2012
Ingredients
6 cups Crispix cereal 3-1/2 cups miniature twisted pretzels 2 cups roasted & salted peanuts 6 tablespoons of melted butter 4 teaspoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce 1-1/2 teaspoons Frank’s hot sauce (or your favorite hot sauce) 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard Directions In a very large mixing bowl, combine the cereal, pretzels and nuts. In a smaller bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Then pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat. Transfer ingredients onto 2 greased 15x10x1 baking pans. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container. Makes: 3 Quarts Got Questions?
