A quick and easy appetizer for your tailgaiting party. January 30, 2012
Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese 1/8 teaspoon of garlic salt 1 heaping tablespoon of minced purple onion 1/4 cup of butter 1/4 cup of brown sugar 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon of yellow mustard 1 cup of roasted and salted pecans Directions Mix cream cheese, garlic salt and onion together until light and fluffy. Then, take a 2-3 inch cookie baller and scoop cream cheese mixture into the center of a serving plate. Heat butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard in saucepan until ingredients are completely combined. Do not boil! Remove mixture from heat, and stir in nuts.
