A Sweet Treat For the New Year December 26, 2011
Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened 4 cups confectioners’ sugar (Lee Ann adds the 4th cup of powdered sugar in the video) 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 12 oz. white chocolate 3/4 cup chopped pecans Directions In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a double boiler, melt chocolate. Fold into cream cheese mixture with pecans. Spread into a greased 8-in. baking pan. Chill until ready to serve. Cut into squares. Makes: About 48 pieces.
