Fugitive Roderick Seldon
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 190 lbs.
Has tattoos of 'Silk' on left shoulder, 'Molly' on right forearm, cross on his chest, and 'Lord Knows' on right shoulder.

Wanted for skipping court hearing on cocaine charges and parole violation.
