CHARLESTON, W.Va. (Jeff Morris) – With funk, reggae and rock music to choose from Friday evening at Live on the Levee, there will be tunes for almost everyone to enjoy.
The second weekend for the free concert series begins at 6:30 p.m. at Haddad Riverfront Park in Charleston when the opening act, Beggar’s Clan, takes the stage. The band plays funk and reggae music. Headliner Time and Distance, a rock band, is scheduled to play about 7:45 p.m.
Live on the Levee will feature shows for 15 straight Fridays during the season.
