Watch Eyewitness News Friday Morning For Live On The Levee Preview

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (Jeff Morris) – Here is a great way to get ready for Friday’s opening of the Live on Levee concert series – more free music.

Watch Eyewitness News from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. Friday for live reports when the opening act for the evening’s concert – Downtown King – will take to the stage at Haddad Riverfront Park to get the party started.

For those who want to come out and feel the thump of the bass in person, there will be free coffee and doughnuts during the band’s morning performance.

Downtown King is the opening act for Friday evening’s kickoff of the Live on the Levee concert series. It will perform about 6:30 p.m. The headliner, Columbus-based funk and soul group Thump Daddy, is scheduled to play about 7:45 p.m.

A fireworks show will cap off Friday evening’s entertainment about 9:30 p.m.

During the season, the Moses Auto Group Live on the Levee concert series will have shows for 15 straight Fridays.
